In the UK unemployed people number has reached the high point in history. It made me worrying about future and the inflation. I decide more careful when I’m shopping. | | OPK’s (Other People’s Kids) | | I had the opportunity to spend about 5 minutes today in the line at the grocery store conversing with a young man. About 2 years old, I would say. His Mom or Grandma was busy talking to the lady in front of her, when I felt this stare. I looked up, and these two HUGE eyes are just looking right at me. And it was one of THOSE looks, the kind you just have to smile at. Of course, my smile was instantly returned, and I now have a new best friend (if only for a few minutes). We had fun making faces at each other, sticking our tongues out and just talking nonsense to each other. Truly the high point of my day. Now, I don't know anything about this kid. He may be the world's worst behaved child at home, but he's an OPK so I don't care. I don't have to change his diapers, or try to get him to eat or sleep or hold still or be quiet or any of that. I don't have to babysit him; I simply got to spend 5 minutes forgetting about life and all it's strife. Thanks kid, whomever you are. | | Do You sample food at your local market? Have You ever been told you shouldn't? | | Well, today at my local Whole Foods I was sampling some guacamole. I accidentally dropped a little onto the floor as I bit into a tortilla chip. I looked at the floor, looked up, and noticed a glare from a female worker who was arranging produce about 20feet away from me. Well, I felt bad for making a mess, but I didn't appreciate the look. It felt like she didn't want me to even be there. I tried to ignore her, and tried one more sample of guacamole. It was very tasty. Then, I tried some of the salsa nearby. It was a bit too spicy and kicked up my acid reflux. So, I went back to the guacamole to counteract the salsa. Just then, I heard a voice calling, "Ma-am..MA-AM!..MAAM." Well, I didn't think I was doing anything wrong, so I didn't think she was talking to me...until(insert drum roll,please)she got up close to the sample as if to guard it and stated in a rude tone and facial expression, "Ma-am, you can't eat any more of the guacamole, you have sampled too much, you NEED to LEAVE some for the OTHER customers." O No She DIDN'T! I asked to speak to her manager. She said,"I'm the manager." Funny, I didn't see a name tag. I asked her name, she refused to give it to me, and... | |

Okay for starters I have been blessed with finding out that I am pregnant, only bad thing about it is that I am going to be raising my child by myself, there really isn't a problem with it but it is going to be a long journey. I had a boyfriend named Ryan but sadly in these last couple of days I have found out a lot about Ryan and he isn't the person I thought he was so I had since moved on. I mean ofcourse I will always have feelings for Ryan but the more I find out about him the more hurt I am.
