The Lakers are 8-0 since Pau Gasol return from injury. Their all healthy. Andrew Bynum is playing like an All-star and could eventually be the starting Center of the Westen Conference in next year All-star game.

He give depth to the bench and we all know that he can score. Kevin Garnett is healthy we hope he stay that way he is one unstoppable power forward. The quickness and tenacity he gives on the floor. They are on complete team. The Lakers is so much the same that they added Ron Artest. He is one defensive player and he knows how to take it or the team. With everybody healthy they are also unstoppable. They make Kobe's shoulders lighter with the help of Pau, Andrew and Lamar. There's no reason for them to lose against the Lakers. | Recommend a personal trainer in Los Angeles | | Hi,My name is Victor and I just moved to LA. I've been meaning to get in shape for a while but I've been slacking... like... for years. Ugh. Anyway, I've decided to get a personal trainer who can show me the ropes. I know a little bit about working out but I'd really rather be shown how to do each exercise so I don't end up hurting myself.I found this guy ( http://www.myogenicsfitness.com/ ). Has anyone trained there? His method seems a bit different. Anyone have any experience with that?Thanks.

| | NCIS: Los Angeles was disappointing | | NCIS: Los Angeles did not live up to expectations. First the woman who was in charge of the unit was gone. Also, the plot was just routine. As soon as they went to the dead guys appartment, it was obvious the neice was who was kidnapped and that was why he was being a traitor but it took them half the show to figure it out. Also, as soon as the father of the neice was even mentioned much less made the phone call it was easy to figure that he was involved also. Then there was the little error of the neice being out by the pool at the end and not even hearing the gun shot. The best part of the show was the part played by Linda Hunt. | |
